Wemade Postpones NeoPulse Stake Sale Closing to December 30, 2026
Wemade disclosed the closing date for Chairman Park Kwan-ho's 920 billion won share sale to NeoPulse moved from October 30 to December 30, 2026, citing unmet conditions.
Wemade disclosed on October 14, 2026, that the closing date of the share transfer agreement covering Chairman Park Kwan-ho's Wemade shares has been changed from October 30 to December 30, 2026, according to techm.kr. The remaining payment and share delivery schedule for the deal is postponed by two months.
The unpaid balance under the contract is 82.8 billion won, excluding the 92 billion won deposit paid at signing. Wemade said the delay is because the conditions precedent for closing specified in the contract between seller and buyer were not fulfilled, but did not disclose which conditions were unmet.
Once the deal closes, NeoPulse will hold 13,663,791 Wemade shares, or 40.25%, including its existing stake, and become the largest shareholder.
