CD Projekt Red reveals Bard's Ballad accessibility preset for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Remastered

The optional preset bundles toggles such as removing item weight and durability, which players can also adjust individually.

CD Projekt Red has detailed a new accessibility preset for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Remastered called "Bard's Ballad", according to nintendolife.com. The preset collects a set of individual accessibility toggles into a single option.

Players can adjust each toggle separately or apply the whole set at once. Among the options included are switches that disable item weight and durability, as well as an option to turn off herb icons on the mini-map.

Karolina Niewęgłowska, CD Projekt Red's director of player experience, explained the approach on the company's official forum.

How the preset fits together

The design separates the convenience of a one-click preset from the granular control of individual settings, so players can pick either route depending on how much they want to change.
