Silver Lining Interactive released The Witch's Bakery, an adventure RPG developed by French indie studio Sunny Lab, on October 14, 2026. The game is available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, priced at 2,400 yen including tax.
Players control Renne, a cheerful witch who runs a bakery in modern-day Paris. Each day is split into three phases: bakery management during the daytime, exploration of Paris in the evening, and time in the atelier at night.
The heroine can enter a magical space called the Heart Palace, where she works to heal people's closed hearts. She is accompanied by a cat-like companion who can change form.
Composer Cécile Corbel, known for her work on Studio Ghibli's Arrietty, provided the music for the game. Physical editions are planned for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch and will include a digital cookbook.
Sunny Lab, based in France, created the game following a highly successful Kickstarter campaign. It is the studio's debut title, and Silver Lining Interactive is a publisher based in northern England.
