Aldis Hodge, Wunmi Mosaku to Star in Orion Pictures' One Night Out

George Tillman Jr. will direct the Amazon MGM Studios thriller, which is set to stream on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories.

Aldis Hodge and Wunmi Mosaku are set to star in the thriller One Night Out for Amazon MGM Studios' Orion Pictures, with George Tillman Jr. directing, according to Deadline.

Nelson Greaves wrote the script, with revisions by Lauren Schuker Blum and Rebecca Angelo. The film is based on a short story by Greaves.

Tillman will produce alongside Bob Teitel.

One Night Out will be available to stream on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

What's next for the leads

Hodge stars and executive produces the Prime Video drama series Cross, which drew 40 million viewers globally in its first 20 days and was renewed for a third season. He will also star opposite Jake Gyllenhaal in Road House 2 for Amazon MGM, and recently appeared in the indie film The Dutchman, which premiered at the 2025 SXSW Film Festival.

Mosaku earned an Oscar nomination for Ryan Coogler's Sinners and will next be seen in Aaron Sorkin's The Social Reckoning, released Friday via Sony. She will lead Idris Elba's This Is How It Goes for Apple TV, and was recently featured in The Life and Deaths of Wilson Shedd, written and directed by Tim Blake Nelson, which premiered last month at the Toronto Film Festival.

Tillman's past credits include The Hate U Give and Notorious.
