Austin Film Festival Unveils 33rd Lineup With 97 Films

The Austin Film Festival has announced the full lineup for its 33rd annual edition, which runs from Oct. 29 to Nov. 5 and will showcase 97 films from 24 countries, according to Variety.
Jesse Eisenberg's "The Debut," starring Julianne Moore and Paul Giamatti, will open the festival. Tony Gilroy's "Behemoth!" starring Pedro Pascal will serve as the centerpiece selection.
Newly announced titles include Florian Zeller's "Bunker," Simon Stone's "Elsinore" and "Purgatory."
Other marquee films in the program include Jordan Firstman's "Club Kid," Pedro Almodóvar's "Bitter Christmas," Andrew Morgan's "Bleeding Hearts" and James Gray's "Paper Tiger."
The festival will also feature four days of Writers Conference programming.
