Rachel Job is set to take a senior content role at the merged Banijay and All3Media group, as the company reshapes its distribution leadership following the deal.
The restructuring has brought a wave of departures at Banijay Rights. Simon Cox, Claire Jago and Maartje Horchner are all exiting the distributor, while Denis Leroy has left Banijay's international scripted division. Chris Stewart has taken voluntary redundancy.
Louise Pedersen previously exited as CEO of All3Media International after the merger. Cathy Payne is now leading the new-look Banijay Rights, which will attend MIPCOM next month.
The merged company houses more than 170 production labels and Banijay Rights holds a catalog of over 265,000 hours. Banijay is targeting €50M in synergies within 12 months of the deal closing.
On the scripted side, Banijay's international team has been reduced, leaving Steve Matthews as the sole senior member. Deadline reported the changes.
