Devin McRae has founded McRae LLP, a litigation boutique focused on the entertainment industry, intellectual property and insurance coverage disputes, after leaving Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae, according to Deadline. McRae had been with the firm he co-founded for 16 years.
Joining him at the new firm are Peter Scott and Lisa Boswell, both formerly of Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae.
McRae LLP's client roster includes comic Nate Bargatze and actor LaKeith Stanfield.
McRae co-founded Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae in 2010 and previously worked as an associate at Glaser Weil. His past clients include The Walking Dead, Legendary Pictures, Timeless, Verve, the family of Roberto Clemente and the late Shannen Doherty.
Several of McRae's clients lost their homes in the 2025 Palisades fires.
