Disney has raised the price of Disney+ Premium to $21.49 per month, a $2.50 increase from $18.99. The ad-supported Disney+ tier also went up, rising 50 cents to $12.49 per month, and Hulu's ad-supported plan now costs the same $12.49.
The Disney+/Hulu bundle with ads remains $12.99 per month, keeping it below the price of either standalone ad-supported service. The premium bundle, which includes both services without ads, costs $21.99 per month.
In a related change, Hulu subscribers can now create a profile on Disney+ without subscribing to Disney+ itself.
Why the bundle still matters
The pricing gap between the bundle and the individual services is now wider than ever. With the ad-supported Disney+ and Hulu plans each at $12.49, the $12.99 bundle gives subscribers both for roughly the price of one.
