Divide/Conquer has appointed Derek Bishé and David Grove Churchill Viste as Senior Vice Presidents of Production, and Eden Rubel as Senior Vice President of Development. The hires were first reported by deadline.com.
The three executives will focus on shepherding new projects and nurturing emerging talent, according to the company.
Founded in 2013, Divide/Conquer has produced more than 30 features under a first-look deal with Blumhouse-Atomic Monster. Its past productions include M3GAN, Freaky, The Black Phone 2, Heart Eyes, Vengeance, Totally Killer, The Voyeurs, Lucky, Faces of Death, and Cam.
In October 2025, following the recent TIFF premiere of Josh Giuliano's slasher River, the film was sold to Universal and Divide/Conquer set Giuliano to write and direct Occupant.
The company has several titles set for release in 2027, including Curry Barker's Anything But Ghosts for Focus Features and Alex Ullom's 4×4: The Event for Neon. Hendricks and Gilreath are also working with Barker on his third, untitled original project, set up at Universal Pictures.
