Inde Navarrette, who stars in Obsession, visited Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights in Los Angeles over the weekend and met the scare actor who portrays her character, Nikki Freeman, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The two posed for photos and recreated Nikki's frown from the film's party scene. Navarrette also carried a One Wish Willow-themed churro during the meeting.
Navarrette described the encounter as surreal and praised the performer for staying in character. She spoke about the meeting with The Hollywood Reporter over Zoom on Tuesday.
The meeting follows an earlier incident this month, when the performer portraying Nikki at the Hollywood location reportedly ended a character meet-and-greet early after guests interrupted and harassed her. In September, Navarrette had discussed the character's presence at Halloween Horror Nights with Entertainment Tonight.
Obsession was released in May and was written, directed and edited by Curry Barker. The film was made on a reported $750,000 budget and has grossed more than $522 million worldwide.
