James Gunn: No Man of Tomorrow Trailer in December
Gunn pushed back on a report tying the first trailer to Dune: Part 3, saying he doesn't want fans let down when December passes without one.
James Gunn has shot down a report that the first trailer for Man of Tomorrow will arrive in mid-December. Responding on Threads, the filmmaker questioned who was expecting the trailer, writing: "Expected by whom???" according to comingsoon.net.
The claim had tied the debut of the footage to Dune: Part 3, suggesting the trailer would play before that film in December. Gunn said he did not want people to be disappointed when no trailer appears that month.
Gunn has not said when the Man of Tomorrow trailer will actually arrive.
Man of Tomorrow is the sequel to Gunn's 2025 film Superman and part of the DCU's Chapter One: Gods and Monsters. David Corenswet returns as Clark Kent and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, with Lars Eidinger playing the villain Brainiac.
