James Jordan has joined the cast of They Follow, Neon's sequel to the 2014 horror hit It Follows, Deadline reports. Jordan is known for playing Dale Bradley on Paramount+'s Landman.
David Robert Mitchell, who wrote and directed the original, returns in both roles for the sequel. They Follow takes place a decade after the events of the first film.
Maika Monroe reprises her starring role, with Naomi Ackie joining the franchise as a newcomer. The ensemble also includes Jackie Earle Haley, Justine Lupe, Michael Gandolfini and Melora Walters.
Neon holds worldwide rights to They Follow and will release it in U.S. theaters. The original It Follows premiered at Cannes in 2014, was acquired by Radius-TWC, and grossed around $23 million against a reported budget of a little more than a million.
