Janine Harouni's Man'oushe Special Lands on YouTube October 25

The stand-up hour, built around the miscarriage of Harouni's first pregnancy, was directed by the late Adam Brace and is Bad George's second special.

Janine Harouni's stand-up special Man'oushe will premiere on YouTube on October 25, according to Deadline. The hour centers on the miscarriage of Harouni's first pregnancy, and its release falls during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.

Adam Brace, the Olivier-nominated director of the show, died suddenly while the special was being made. Jon Brittian served as stage director alongside Brace. Harouni executive produced the special with her husband, Andrew Nolan.

Man'oushe is the second special from Bad George, Harouni's production company. The company's first, Larry Dean's Dafty, was sold to Sky One earlier this year.

Harouni performed Man'oushe at the Edinburgh Fringe while nine months pregnant, earning her second Edinburgh Comedy Award nomination for Best Show. Her debut hour, Stand Up with Janine Harouni (Please Remain Seated), brought her a Best Newcomer nomination. She also performed the show Off-Broadway at the SoHo Playhouse in New York City.

Earlier this year she was named Comedy Champion on Netflix's reboot of Star Search. Her stand-up has drawn more than 250 million views on social media and a following of over 850K.
