The New York Film Festival and Rolex unveiled a new filmmakers lounge at Lincoln Center on Thursday, ahead of the opening night film Paper Tiger.
The New York Film Festival and Rolex unveiled a new filmmakers lounge at Lincoln Center on Thursday night. The lounge is located inside the glass-walled Lincoln Ristorante.
Daniel Battsek, president of Film at Lincoln Center, was on hand for the unveiling. Rolex is sponsoring the New York Film Festival for the second year.
The opening night film is Paper Tiger, directed by James Gray. The film will be shown in 35 mm at the festival. Paper Tiger stars Miles Teller, Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson.
Paper Tiger premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in May and screened at the Locarno Film Festival in August. Gray grew up in Queens.
