Power Rangers: Green #4 introduces Wild Morphs

BOOM! Studios' Power Rangers: Green #4, out November 18, 2026, reveals Mirella as a Wild Morph with a natural link to the Morphin Grid.

BOOM! Studios has revealed that Power Rangers: Green #4 will introduce a new kind of Power Rangers character called "Wild Morphs," according to screenrant.com. The issue is set to arrive on November 18, 2026.

Wild Morphs are people with a natural connection to the Morphin Grid. That connection transforms them and sets them apart from other characters in the series.

The issue sends Tommy Oliver, Mirella, Goldar and Alpha-5 to the former Command Center, which is now home to the Wild Morphs. Mirella, described as Tommy Oliver's "downcycle progeny," is revealed in the story to be a Wild Morph herself.

Power Rangers: Green #4 is written by Pallie Paul Allor, with art by Gustaffo Vargas and a cover by Tony Harris. The story follows the fight to defeat the Red Censer, a mechanized monstrosity, and The Unmade, who is the daughter of Scorpina.

A future built on the original lore

In the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers lore, Rangers use Morphers to harness the power of the Morphin Grid, mediated by mentors such as Zordon and the Morphin Masters. Power Rangers: Green is set in a distant future of that continuity, where Tommy Oliver is "The Last Ranger" in a world of magic and mysticism, having retired from the Green Ranger role long before the Unmade pulled him back into action.
