Skydance Sets Games, Products Division Heads After Paramount-WBD Close

Andy Gordon named Tony Driscoll and Josh Silverman to president roles in an internal memo, with Jim Sterner and Jose Turkienicz continuing.

Skydance President Andy Gordon announced a new round of division heads, including leaders for games, consumer products, human resources and global operations, following the close of the Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery combination. The appointments were detailed in an internal memo viewed by Deadline.

Tony Driscoll was named President, Games & Experiences, leading the global Games and Experiences portfolio plus Corporate Strategy and Development. Josh Silverman was named President, Global Products & Publishing, leading Consumer Products and Publishing.

Jim Sterner continues as Chief People Officer leading People and Culture, while Jose Turkienicz continues as President, Global Operations, overseeing global business services, real estate, procurement and studio operations. Jeff Silberman, EVP, Corporate Strategy, will serve as Gordon's Chief of Staff while continuing to lead Corporate Strategy and the Integration Management Office.

Gordon said the company is investing in Games, Experiences, Consumer Products and Publishing alongside TV, Film and direct-to-consumer.

Earlier appointments

The new division-heads announcement follows an initial list of key appointments under co-CEOs David Ellison and Ynon Kreiz that had been announced previously. The combination of Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery officially closed on Tuesday, and Ellison and Kreiz joined Skydance from Mattel in October 2025.
