Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions picked up You Can See Everything and Primetime across multiple international markets.

Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions has acquired international distribution rights in multiple markets to two A24 titles, You Can See Everything and Primetime, in a competitive situation, according to Deadline.

Sony Pictures picked up You Can See Everything for Germany and Austria, Latin America, Scandinavia, Greece, the Middle East, Israel, India, South Africa, South Korea and Southeast Asia. Primetime rights went to Sony for the Middle East, Indonesia, Israel, Singapore, Switzerland, South Korea, South Africa, Thailand and Vietnam, with theatrical releases being planned across those regions.

The deal was negotiated for Sony by Joe Matukewicz, Virginia Longmuir and Elan Kovo. It reunites Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions with A24, following their earlier collaboration on Materialists.

You Can See Everything, co-directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, made its North American debut this weekend with one of the largest limited-release openings of the century and the biggest documentary opening in more than 20 years, according to Deadline. The film features Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes.

Primetime, directed by Lance Oppenheim and starring Robert Pattinson as Dateline NBC journalist Chris Hansen, is currently playing in North American theaters and select international markets and has grossed more than $50M to date.

Materialists previously earned north of $70M internationally for Sony Pictures and pushed its worldwide total past $100M.
