Marvel's Spidey Halloween Special Hits No. 2 on Disney+
Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up! ranks second on Disney+'s US movie chart after its September 25 debut.
Marvel's animated special Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up! has become one of Disney+'s biggest movie titles in the United States. The 28-minute special, listed on the platform's movie chart, premiered on Disney+ on September 25.
By the next day, it had climbed to No. 3 on Disney+'s Top 10 Movies chart in the US. At the time of writing, it sits at No. 2 among the most-watched movies on Disney+ in the country.

What's next for Marvel
The Halloween special was one of four Marvel titles that arrived on Disney+ in September, alongside Spider-Man: Far From Home, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and Kraven the Hunter.
Looking further ahead, Avengers: Doomsday is set for theatrical release on December 18, 2026, and a new Marvel series, Avengers: Mightiest Friends, is coming in 2027. Avengers: The Kang Dynasty was originally planned but was pivoted to Doctor Doom after Jonathan Majors was fired by Marvel.
Toy Story 5 was released in theaters earlier in 2026 and grossed $1.15 billion.
