Stallone Wants Andrew Garfield as an AI Villain on Tulsa King

Stallone pitched the idea on The Rest is Entertainment podcast, describing a thoughtful, possibly AI-driven antagonist for a future season.

Sylvester Stallone has said he would like Andrew Garfield to play a villain in a future season of Tulsa King. Stallone, the series lead and an executive producer, pitched the idea during an interview with Marina Hyde on The Rest is Entertainment podcast, according to screenrant.com.

Stallone described the proposed villain as more thoughtful than the show's usual antagonists and possibly AI-driven, a threat that his character, Dwight "the General" Manfredi, would not know how to stop.

Taylor Sheridan created Tulsa King, which premiered on Paramount+ on November 13, 2022. The series has already been renewed for season 5 and is in production.

A spinoff titled Frisco King is also in the works, following Russell Lee Washington Jr., the character played by Samuel L. Jackson, in Frisco, Texas.

Garfield, meanwhile, plays Sam Altman in the film Artificial. In October 2025, the film was reported to hold a 95% Tomatometer score based on 40 reviews ahead of its December 25 theatrical release.
