Taylor Swift Plays First Full-Band Set Since Eras Tour at Academy Museum Gala
Swift performed four songs at the Academy Museum's 6th Annual Gala, including the first live full-band outing of "I Knew It, I Knew You" from Toy Story 5.
Taylor Swift performed a four-song set with a full band at the Academy Museum 6th Annual Gala on Saturday night, her first full-band show since the Eras Tour, according to Variety.
Conan O'Brien introduced Swift, describing her as a member of the Toy Story 5 family. Swift wore a Ralph Lauren gown and was backed by two sax players, four singers, a guitarist, a bassist, a keyboard player and a drummer. Paul Sidoti, her onstage partner of 19 years, took part in the performance.
She opened with "Blank Space" and closed with "Love Story." The set also included the first-ever live performance of "The Fate of Ophelia" and the first full-band live rendition of "I Knew It, I Knew You," her song from Pixar's Toy Story 5.
Swift released "The Fate of Ophelia" as a single on October 3, 2025. She had previously performed "I Knew It, I Knew You" at the Grammy Museum and at a private Ross House FYC showcase, but not with a full band.
Among the guests at the gala were Toy Story 5 voice actor Joan Cusack, Sabrina Carpenter, Charlize Theron, Colman Domingo and Hannah Waddingham.
