The Adventures of Tintin is getting a new streaming home on Peacock. The animated adventure, directed by Steven Spielberg and produced by Peter Jackson, will join the platform's library.
Based on Hergé's classic comic series, the film draws in part on The Crab with the Golden Claws, The Secret of the Unicorn, and Red Rackham's Treasure. Jamie Bell voiced the titular character, with Andy Serkis as Captain Haddock and Daniel Craig as Sakharine. The cast also includes Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Toby Jones.
The film was a commercial and critical success, grossing over $374 million against a $135 million production budget and winning the Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature Film.
Daniel Craig, who voiced the villain Sakharine, is set to appear in Greta Gerwig's Narnia: The Magician's Nephew in early 2027.
