Tom Hopper Would Back a Raife Hastings Terminal List Spin-Off
The actor, who plays Raife Hastings, says he would be interested in a spin-off and would like to adapt the novel Savage Son.
Tom Hopper has said he would be interested in a Raife Hastings spin-off of The Terminal List, according to an interview with Collider reported by comingsoon.net. Hopper plays Raife Hastings in the franchise, and the character returns in Season 2.
The actor said he would also like to adapt Savage Son, which he described as the first Terminal List franchise novel he read. Jack Carr writes the books that the series is based on.
Hopper was clear that nothing is in the works yet: he said no standalone Raife Hastings project has been announced. He also said he feels the story of Raife and Ben reached its end in Dark Wolf. Ben, played by Taylor Kitsch, died in Season 1 of The Terminal List, and Dark Wolf is a prequel to the series.
Hopper's comments follow remarks from Chris Pratt, who plays James Reece, about his long-term plans for the character. Pratt joked about those plans to ComingSoon.
