Tradition Pictures is setting a multi-project television collaboration with Artists for Artists, the banner led by Kenan Thompson and John Ryan Jr., according to Deadline.
The company is also forming a new advisory board that includes Mark Canton, James Maslow and Joseph Sikora. Details of the projects covered by the Artists for Artists collaboration remain under wraps.
Alongside the television deal, Tradition has entered joint ventures with Echobend for production services and with Finesse for post-production. It is also working on a docuseries collaboration with Stephen Neely's Agents of Change, and holds an IP partnership with Daniele Bolelli's History on Fire.
Production slate
Founded in 2015, Tradition has produced film and television projects including The Mental State, Heval and A Class of Her Own. The company was an executive producer on Elvis, Rocky and Me: The Carol Connors Story, which had its world premiere at the Palm Springs festival in January.
First Person, starring Valene Kane, Odessa Young and Jazzy De Lisser, secured distribution with Buffalo 8 and was released last month. Tradition recently completed To Kill a Nazi, narrated by Jason Alexander.
