Paramount+ has renewed Tulsa King for a fifth season, the streamer announced ahead of the show's season 4 premiere on October 16. According to screenrant.com, the early pickup keeps the Sylvester Stallone-led series moving forward before the next batch of episodes has even aired.
The franchise is expanding as well. A first spinoff, titled Frisco King, is in the works and will center on Samuel L. Jackson's character Russell Lee Washington Jr. The spinoff's first season will run for eight episodes.
From NOLA King to Frisco King
Frisco King was originally set up as NOLA King, based in New Orleans, before shifting to a Texas locale and filming in Fort Worth. Its first season was filmed earlier in 2026.
