Warner Bros. has released a new online advertisement for Digger that sets positive international critic quotes against negative U.S. reviews, according to hollywoodreporter.com. In the spot, Tom Cruise's character Digger Rockwell says America has stood beside the world in its darkest hours, and Riz Ahmed's character answers, "Not anymore."

The film is expected to gross around $8 million at the domestic weekend box office, below the $12–$15 million the studio had predicted. Its projected budget is $125 million, and it received a C+ CinemaScore from Friday moviegoers in the U.S.
