Warner Bros. International TV Production Moves Under Skydance TV Studios

Channing Dungey will oversee the division, which operates around 20 production companies worldwide, according to Deadline.

Warner Bros. International TV Production is moving under Skydance TV Studios, with Warner Bros. Television Group chief Channing Dungey set to oversee the division, according to Deadline. The change was announced in a note sent to colleagues by JB Perette, Co-Chair & Chief Business Officer of Skydance TV and Skydance Direct-To-Consumer.

Ronald Goes, president of Warner Bros. International TV Production, continues to run the division, which operates around 20 production companies around the world.

The unit includes labels such as Twenty Twenty, Wall to Wall, Ricochet, Eyeworks and BlazHoffski. It produces international versions of formats including The Bachelor franchise, First Dates and FBoy Island, along with titles such as Unacceptable, 100 Cooks and Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking.

Reporting line shifts

Before Skydance's acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, the division was set to join the Discovery side of the business under the planned Discovery Global, led by Gunnar Wiedenfels, when former WBD chief David Zaslav planned a split of the studios and streaming operations.

Warner Bros. International TV Production never reported to Dungey in that structure: Goes reported to Gerhard Zeiler, then President, International, at Warner Bros. Discovery.
