CEATEC 2026 Closes With 112,373 Registered Visitors
Organizer JEITA says CEATEC 2027 will run October 19-22, 2027, after the 2026 edition drew 821 exhibitors and 112,373 registered visitors.
CEATEC 2026 closed on October 16, 2026, after a four-day run from October 13 to 16 that drew 112,373 registered visitors, organizers said. The technology exhibition was organized by JEITA, the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association.
The show counted 821 exhibiting companies and organizations. Of those, 338 were first-time exhibitors, a first-time exhibitor rate of 41%, and 246 were startups or university research institutions. A total of 194 exhibitors came from 31 overseas countries and regions.
According to internet.watch.impress.co.jp, the exhibitor total was the third-largest in CEATEC history, while the startup and university research institution count was the highest since records for that category began in 2014.

JEITA plans to hold CEATEC 2027 from October 19 to 22, 2027. The 2026 edition was co-held with Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026, organized by JAMA, the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association.
