Clueso raises $10M Series A led by Darana Capital
Clueso's Series A, with Founders Fund and Y Combinator participating, brings its total funding past $12 million.
Clueso, a startup building an enterprise AI video platform, has raised a $10 million Series A funding round, according to digitaltoday.co.kr. Darana Capital led the round, with participation from Founders Fund and Y Combinator.
The company's cumulative funding has now surpassed $12 million. Clueso says its AI agents operate real software screens to record product videos, examine the app and related documents, write scripts aligned with brand messaging, and produce video, voiceover narration and motion graphics.
A feature called Clueprint supplies product-related information and messaging to the agents and enforces brand standards. Videos update automatically when new product features are added, according to the company.
Zendesk adopted Clueso to produce customer education and internal training videos, increasing productivity more than 5x and cutting video production costs by 80%, the company said. Many companies still produce onboarding, software tutorial and employee training videos manually in studios for lack of suitable tools.
Clueso plans to grow its staff from 35 to 50 employees by the end of the year and expand into interactive product demos and documentation. CEO Anand said the long-term vision is for agents to handle more production work while humans hold creative decisions.
