Cricut has announced two new sticker-making machines, the StickerPix Print and the StickerPix Print + Cut. Both are available now, with the Print starting at $169 and the Print + Cut starting at $299.
The StickerPix Print measures 7.8 x 5 x 3.5 inches and prints on 4 x 6-inch photo paper or pre-cut sticker sheets. The larger Print + Cut measures 8 x 11.3 x 4.1 inches and works with 4 x 7-inch sticker sheets and 4 x 6-inch photo paper.
The Print + Cut marks the first time Cricut has combined its cutting technology with a printer. Both machines use dye-sublimation printing and add a laminate layer for water, scratch and fade resistance.
Both machines can only make kiss-cut stickers attached to a single sheet, not die-cut stickers. They require the Cricut Design Space software on a phone or computer, as reported by Engadget.
Each machine comes bundled with sticker sheets, photo paper and an ink cartridge.
