CrowdStrike to buy PidderAI and DreadNode for $495 million
CrowdStrike will fold PidderAI's monitoring tech into a new Falcon Observe product and give Falcon Guardian an AI kill switch to stop malfunctioning agents.
CrowdStrike announced on November 5, 2026, that it will acquire AI agent monitoring company PidderAI and AI security testing company DreadNode for a combined 495 million dollars, according to digitaltoday.co.kr.
