DS&G to supply two Nvidia HGX B300 servers for 2026 InThon

The two 8-GPU servers will be available to teams by remote access at the Korea University hackathon and datathon, which runs October 31 to November 1.

DS&G said it will sponsor two NVIDIA HGX B300 8-GPU servers for the 2026 InThon, a hackathon and datathon hosted by Korea University's College of Informatics on October 31 and November 1. Participating teams will use the servers through remote access.

About 150 software and AI students are taking part across the hackathon and datathon tracks, according to zdnet.co.kr.

Lablup is sponsoring the hackathon track and providing participating teams with vouchers for its LLM API service, Token Factory. DS&G and Lablup also plan to collect anonymous traces of coding-agent request timing and size, then compare throughput and latency under different serving configurations on the B300. The results of that trace analysis will be published on Lablup's tech blog.

DS&G is an NVIDIA Partner Network Elite partner and Supermicro's largest domestic distributor. In the run-up to the event, a DS&G division head led a technical session at a pre-event team-building gathering on October 27, covering the infrastructure behind the AI that students build.

The company has also been expanding its domestic supply work: on October 1, 2026, it said it had begun shipping Vera Rubin NVL72 and was preparing domestic supply, and on August 25, 2026, it signed a contract to supply 389 NVIDIA B300 GPU servers to Naver Cloud. This year's InThon is the fourth edition of the event.
