The venture arm of Endeavor now manages over $850 million and plans to back 40 to 50 companies a year.

Endeavor Catalyst closed its fifth fund with $320 million in capital commitments, the venture unit of the global nonprofit Endeavor announced on October 7, 2026. The close lifts Endeavor Catalyst's total assets under management to more than $850 million.

The new vehicle counts 400 limited partners. Endeavor Catalyst plans to make 40 to 50 investments annually and back up to 150 companies with the fund. Checks typically range from $1 million to $3 million and cannot exceed 10% of a round.

Across its five funds, the unit has backed 437 companies in 44 markets. Eighty-three of those portfolio startups are currently valued at $1 billion or more. Endeavor Catalyst has recorded 39 exits and 11 IPOs.

About 90% of its investments are outside the U.S., with Europe the fastest-growing region, according to TechCrunch. The unit made 12 new investments in Europe in the first half of 2026.
