EYL Unveils Quantum Security Chip Lineup at AI Festa 26 in Seoul

EYL showcased the Nanovers, Applinx and Cipher quantum security chips at the COEX event, including a card-sized device for encrypted voice calls.

EYL unveiled its quantum security chip lineup at AI Festa 26, held at COEX in Seoul, according to zdnet.co.kr. The exhibited chips include Quantum Shieldz Nanovers, Applinx and Cipher.

Nanovers is a commercial chip family that generates quantum entropy used for cryptographic key generation, authentication, identification, and data encryption and decryption. The lineup comprises the NC11, NC12 and NE13. The NE13 comes in a 3x3x0.8mm 12QFN package and provides up to 15 random pulses per second.

Applinx is a quantum random number generator (QRNG) supplied in hardware forms ranging from USB to servers. Cipher connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth to encrypt real-time voice calls using keys from a quantum random number generator. It is built as a card-sized device paired with a dedicated app for voice communication.

Background

EYL was founded in 2015 and has secured more than 70 patents and trademarks. The company holds KCMVP certification and has links to a US Air Force project.
