Facer has rolled out a major redesign of its watch face store on Android and iOS. The updated storefront sorts watch faces into easy-to-find categories, each with distinct visuals, and is already rolling out via the Play Store and Apple App Store.
The redesign adds new tabs for curated faces, official brand partnerships, activity or sport categories, and Facer Originals. A dedicated Entertainment page collects franchise faces such as Pac-Man, Fallout, Star Wars, and Tetris.
Facer is also onboarding new franchise partners, including Timex, Sonic, and Angry Birds. Timex watch faces resembling the Marlin, Expedition, and T80 icons are set to arrive soon, with fall named as the release season for the Timex, Sonic, and Angry Birds faces.
The changes build on Facer's existing catalog, which already includes watch faces from brands such as Formex, Thomas Earnshaw, and Tockr. Last year, the company announced support for Google's Watch Face Format and Wear OS 6, and it later extended support to RTOS watches.
