Flexibits Plans Native Fantastical App for Googlebook
Flexibits announced a native Googlebook release of its Fantastical calendar app. Pricing tiers stay the same, with paid plans starting at $4.75 a month.
Flexibits announced plans on October 5, 2026, to release a native version of its Fantastical calendar app for Googlebook. The company says the release will arrive with the same pricing structure the app currently uses.
That structure includes a free tier and paid plans starting at $4.75 a month. Paid tiers add calendar events by forwarding emails and extend weather forecasts from 3 to 10 days, according to Flexibits. Subscribers also get access to Cardhop for managing contacts across devices.
Long wait for Google's ecosystem
Fantastical first launched as an iOS calendar app 15 years ago. In the years since, it expanded to Windows but has not been available for Google's ecosystem. Developers often hesitate to support Android because of the complexity of many device types.
The announcement was reported by androidauthority.com. Flexibits has not given a release date for the Googlebook version.
