Court dismisses bankruptcy petition against Haesung Aerobotics

The Incheon District Court dismissed a creditor's bankruptcy petition against Haesung Aerobotics on October 21, 2026, the company disclosed on October 22, according to digitaltoday.co.kr. The case was filed under number 2026hahap52.

The court applied Article 294 Paragraph 2 of the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, which requires a creditor to substantiate both the existence of the claim and the cause of bankruptcy. It found it difficult to conclude that a post on the company's website identified the petitioner by name.

The court also noted that the petitioner had not yet filed a planned damages lawsuit and had supplied no records of a complaint or investigation results. It concluded the petitioner did not appear to hold a claim sufficient to justify a bankruptcy petition.

The ruling follows an earlier petition (2026hahap45) filed on July 24, 2026, which cited damages liability tied to false disclosures by parties who acquired the company. After being ordered to substantiate the claim, the petitioner withdrew it around August 19, 2026, the court noted. Haesung Aerobotics disclosed that petition on September 14, 2026.

According to the company's separate financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 2025, total assets stood at 43.1 billion won against liabilities of 3.4 billion won and equity of 39.6 billion won. Revenue for 2025 was 15.1 billion won, with an operating loss of 600 million won and net income of 100 million won.

Haesung Aerobotics listed on KOSDAQ on April 21, 2021, in the other metal processing products manufacturing sector. Its share price was 4,880 won as of 8 p.m. on October 21, up 165 won, or 3.5%, from the previous day.
