Hancom to launch Nomadian AI workforce beta in US on December 15

Hancom unveiled Nomadian, its AI workforce platform, at a vision event at Hancom Tower in Pangyo, Seongnam, on October 29, 2026, and said the service's beta will launch in the US on December 15, 2026, according to byline.network.

Nomadian provides 12 job-specific AI team members plus a team leader AI called Ara, which consolidates their output into documents. The agents work inside a 3D metaverse office that visualises their tasks, and each AI team member progresses from level 1 to level 6.

The beta targets small businesses with fewer than 10 employees and solo founders. Hancom plans a global commercial launch, including Korea, in March next year.

Hancom said it has applied for or is preparing to file 8 patents covering agent control technology, and that it completed system architecture validation with AWS. The company plans an open marketplace entry strategy and will hold a launch event at AWS headquarters in Seattle on November 17.

Hancom set a standard price of about 40 dollars per month and is targeting a 20–25% operating margin. VisualFizz, ClickIt and TaskUs are named as partners for the US launch, covering B2B marketing, 24-hour monitoring and operations, and customer support respectively.

Background

Hancom has run its business centred on the domestic Korean market for 36 years, and cited the shift from download software to cloud and open-source ecosystems as a reason past overseas efforts fell short. The company said it reorganised its download-based document engine technology into modules suited to those ecosystems and ran open-source projects for five years to build capabilities for global expansion.
