Hancom unveils Nomadian AI workforce platform, targets US beta in December
Hancom plans a global commercial launch of Nomadian in March 2027 and aims for 250,000 paid customers by 2028, with US sales push starting in Seattle.
Hancom introduced Nomadian, a cloud-based AI workforce platform aimed at small businesses and solo founders, at a press conference at Hancom Tower in Pangyo on the morning of October 29, according to digitaltoday.co.kr. The company said it will run a US beta in December and plans a global commercial release in March next year.
Nomadian lets users assemble role-based AI teams for functions such as sales, marketing and research inside a 3D workspace. It offers 12 default team member types, and a leader agent distributes tasks among them. AI agents can advance from level 1 to level 6 through gamification elements.
Hancom CEO Kim Yeon-su said the platform is targeting 250,000 paid customers by 2028. The company also aims for overseas sales to account for 40% of revenue by 2028 and 50% by 2030, with pricing expected at around 40 USD per user.
The December closed beta will involve about 500 companies. Hancom said it will formally announce its US entry at AWS headquarters in Seattle in November, targeting the 5.21 million US businesses that actually use AI as its first segment.
Hancom is working with AWS on market entry strategy, TaskUs on customer support, VisualFizz on marketing and ClickIT on 24-hour service operations. The company changed its name from Hangul & Computer this year and declared itself an agentic OS company, after 36 years as an office software business.
