Honor Watch 6 Pro Debuts With 1.5-Inch OLED, Blood Pressure and CGM

Honor's new Watch 6 Pro features a 1.5-inch OLED display, blood pressure and glucose monitoring, and up to 18 days of battery life.

Honor has announced the Watch 6 Pro, a new smartwatch that packs a 1.5-inch dual-layer OLED display with 466 x 466px resolution. The screen reaches 4,500 nits peak global brightness, with smaller regions capable of up to 5,500 nits.

The watch measures 46.3mm x 46.3mm x 11.6mm and is built around health tracking. It offers 24/7 heart rate variability monitoring, a second-generation blood pressure system, and a Continuous Glucose Monitoring blood sugar monitor. Crash detection is included, and the watch can send an alarm if it stops detecting a pulse.

Positioning relies on the Honor Polaris system, which uses a dual-frequency, three-antenna design. Honor says the watch can track position continuously for 21 hours. The 500mAh battery lasts 7 days with Always On Display enabled, up to 4 days with all health features active, and up to 18 days in max battery mode.

Sport modes include Trail Running, Professional Badminton, and Professional Football. The body is stainless steel, and some versions use a two-tone ceramic design sintered at 1,400°C. Five color and strap combinations will be available.

The stainless steel version is on pre-order in China for CNY 1,600, while the sintered ceramic version is priced at CNY 1,800. The launch was reported by gsmarena.com.
