Mainline launches AI Office document agent in AIFuze platform
AI Office drafts reports and proposals from a chat request and exports PowerPoint files, with source materials delivered as Word documents.
Mainline launched a document generation agent called "AI Office" inside its enterprise AI integrated platform "AIFuze" on October 22, according to aitimes.com.
When a user requests a report or proposal through chat, AI Office handles material search, table of contents structuring, body writing and slide creation. Finished results can be downloaded as PowerPoint (PPT) files, and the source materials used to build the slides are provided separately as Word files so users can check the basis, sources and details summarized in the PPT.
Users can revise a draft after it is produced, for example by instructing the AI to make section 3 of the table of contents more detailed. Before downloading, they can preview the result and change colors and templates, with Timeline, card and list type templates offered for covers, tables of contents and body content.
The service also lets users attach existing documents or set a user persona, so the content and context of existing materials are reflected and the tone applied to documents can be specified.
Mainline said it plans to add Excel-related features in the future and expand document generation functions to match the work types of corporate practitioners.
