Melius raises $25M for AI advertising platform
Melius has raised a $20 million Series A led by CRV plus a $5 million seed round led by General Catalyst, after exiting stealth in July.
Melius, an AI advertising platform, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $25 million in total funding, according to TechCrunch. The round is made up of a $20 million Series A led by CRV and a $5 million seed round led by General Catalyst.
The company said it crossed $1 million in annualized revenue within two months of exiting stealth in July 2026.
Founded by former Ramp engineers, Melius first launched more than a year ago with an AI-powered performance marketing tool. After about six months of work, the co-founders concluded the original idea did not have legs and scrapped the entire codebase.
Roughly a year after its initial launch, the company revealed a platform it describes as an "agents lab for creative work".
Its competitors include Krea and Flora AI. Higgsfield, another player in the space, was valued at $5.4 billion in August 2026 and has reached more than $700 million in annualized revenue.
