Microsoft has added more than 30 Copilot skills to Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Customer Insights, and released the Microsoft Copilot Managed Runtime, according to digitaltoday.co.kr. The runtime allows programs built with Copilot to run securely inside a company's systems under IT control.

Nadella on agents and systems of record
According to Nadella, agents have been adopted at large scale early in software development, with GitHub seeing surges in repository creation, pull requests and commit activity as agent development grew.
Nadella stated that as agents proliferate, the importance of systems of record such as CRM and ERP does not diminish.
He described Microsoft's aim for Copilot as a "new operating system for work" spanning any AI model, PC or smartphone, and said the company is focused on both the front end and the back end of software, with Copilot at the head and "headless" layers connected via Microsoft IQ.
