Modusign Cabinet AI contract tool spreads across sectors

Modusign said on October 20, 2026 that its AI contract management solution, Modusign Cabinet, is being adopted across manufacturing, distribution, food service and franchises, medical devices, education and the public sector following its official launch, according to Venturesquare.

Cabinet automatically stores contracts signed electronically and lets organisations register paper contracts as digital documents for unified management. The service extracts key contract information using AI OCR and offers natural-language AI agent search and automatic contract schedule alerts.

Among the users cited is the company operating the SPA brand Topten, which integrated its paper and electronic contracts into Cabinet and cut the time needed to check a store's original contract from 1 hour to 30 seconds. Vatech Ewoo Holdings, the holding company of a dental medical device group, manages contracts for about 30 subsidiaries and overseas affiliates with the solution and reduced the time to check renewal expiry dates from 30 minutes to 5 minutes.

Bon Foodservice manages contracts from 5 divisions and 37 teams with the platform, with uploaded documents classified automatically and access permissions assigned. Park Seung Chul Hair Studio linked its e-signature service with Cabinet so franchise contracts are archived automatically when signed.

Sahmyook University moved from manual Excel entry to automatic contract archiving and information extraction with expiry notifications, while Seoul AI Hub uses Cabinet to manage tenant contracts, extracting room information and contract periods and using the data to calculate tenant fees.

"How contract data is safely stored and managed after signing is key to corporate competitiveness," CEO Lee Young-jun said.
