Google's Pause Point Reaches OnePlus 13R on Color OS 17 Beta

Pause Point has been confirmed working on a non-Pixel phone for the first time, running on a OnePlus 13R with Color OS 17 beta, according to Android Authority.

Google's Pause Point, a Digital Wellbeing feature, has been confirmed working on a OnePlus 13R running the Color OS 17 beta. The finding, reported by Android Authority on October 16, 2026, marks the first time the tool has appeared on a non-Pixel device.

Pause Point was previously limited to Pixel hardware. Google announced it in May 2026 ahead of its I/O developer conference, and at that stage it appeared to be headed for exclusivity on the Pixel 11.

Google later shipped Android 17 QPR1, which extended Pause Point to additional Pixel phones. The OnePlus 13R sighting shows the feature has now moved past Google's own devices.

What is Pause Point?

Pause Point sits within Google's Digital Wellbeing suite, the set of tools the company provides for managing time spent on a phone. Google has not announced a wider rollout schedule for non-Pixel devices.
