Rebellion, FuriosaAI Showcase Inference NPUs in Seoul
The two Korean chip companies displayed server cards and systems built on their AI inference NPUs at the Physical AI Tech Day on October 14, 2026.
Rebellion and FuriosaAI presented their inference semiconductor cards and servers at the Physical AI Tech Day, held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on October 14, 2026, according to bloter.net.
Rebellion's booth displayed ATOM Max and Rebel Card alongside the chips that power them. Rebel Card is a server card equipped with the company's Rebel 100 AI chip, an NPU specialized for AI inference. According to company materials, Rebel 100 uses a chiplet structure that combines four compute chiplets with 144GB of HBM3E memory.
Rebellion also showed Rebel Server, a system carrying eight Rebel Cards along with CPU, memory, storage and network devices. The company supplies compiler, runtime and driver software so models can run on its NPU.
FuriosaAI's booth featured a Renegade card with a red exterior alongside its internal board. Renegade is FuriosaAI's second-generation NPU, designed to support inference for LLMs, multimodal models and video-based neural networks, per its developer documentation. The card carries 48GB of HBM3 memory and connects to servers via PCIe, and FuriosaAI likewise provides compiler and runtime software for running models on its NPU.
Earlier enterprise push
In March 2026, FuriosaAI unveiled an enterprise AI server product that combines Renegade with LG AI Research's Exaone 4.0 and LG Uplus's ixi Enterprise platform at MWC 2026.
