Saltware Completes K-net AWS Migration with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS

Saltware finished migrating K-net's cloud system to AWS and built a cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Terraform, and Argo CD.

Saltware has completed the migration of K-net's cloud system to AWS and finished building a cloud-native infrastructure, the company announced.

Saltware designed an optimized AWS architecture after analyzing K-net's service structure and requirements. It then built a Kubernetes platform based on Amazon EKS, converting server-based operations to container-based operations.

Saltware also applied Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize and reproduce environment configuration. It adopted Argo CD, a GitOps approach, to automate application deployment and improve operational visibility.

K-net is currently operating its services stably on AWS infrastructure and receives ongoing technical support through Saltware's MSP service.

Previously, K-net had been operating its cloud environment since 2015 and faced limitations in service expansion and operational advancement.
