G-Fit Studio runs in two stages: business problem solving and strategic communication. In the first stage, applicants converse with an AI agent to form hypotheses and derive action plans. In the second, AI plays virtual roles such as HR staff and line managers in a 30-minute in-depth interview.
SK AX said assessment content can be tailored to each company's job characteristics, and the same tasks and criteria are applied to all applicants. The solution supports multiple languages, including English and Japanese.
SK AX applied G-Fit Studio to selection for the fourth cohort of SKALA, its recruitment-linked AI talent program. In that use, the company measured the competencies of about 1,800 people in six hours, it said.
