Stealien to beta-launch AlienRay Web AI vulnerability scanner next month

Stealien said on October 18 that it will begin a beta service of its AI-based web and API vulnerability diagnosis solution, AlienRay Web, for some client companies starting next month, according to etnews.com.

When a user enters a company's representative website, AlienRay Web automatically explores connected web assets and visualizes the links between them as a map. Users then select inspection targets, and the AI accesses the site in the manner of a real hacker to analyze vulnerabilities. Findings are delivered in a report with risk level, reproduction results and remediation measures.

The tool is built not to depend on a specific AI model: customers can connect external models such as ChatGPT and Claude, as well as their own in-house AI models. The inspection process can be watched in real time and halted immediately if the AI takes unintended actions. Logins and identity verification require human intervention, and tasks that could affect service operations need prior approval. A cap on maximum requests per second can be set to prevent excessive server load.

In May 2026, Stealien released AlienRay Window and AlienRay Mobile. In September 2026, it was the only private security company to take part in developing the AI defense system Project Phalanx, which placed first overall at the international cyber exercise APEX 2026; the project was jointly developed by public, private and military sectors under the National Cyber Security Center of the National Intelligence Service.
