Trellix Launches Wise for Private Cloud, On-Premises AI Core for Agentic SOCs

Trellix launched a security solution called Trellix Wise for Private Cloud, an on-premises federated AI core designed to support agentic security operations centers (SOC), according to datanet.co.kr.
The product lets enterprises use AI within their internal environments. It links telemetry from AI agents and existing security tools and investigates incoming alerts to determine whether they are genuine threats. Analysis results incorporate an organization's business context and include response guidance for security staff.
Trellix Wise for Private Cloud supports on-premises, air-gapped, hybrid and private cloud deployments, and processed data does not leave the customer's security boundary. The solution assigns confidence scores to each AI judgment and provides explanations and reasoning information so analysts can verify why the AI reached a conclusion.
Survey context
In a Trellix global CISO survey released in October 2025, 80 percent of Korean CISOs said AI is increasing the speed at which attackers find and exploit unknown vulnerabilities, and 63 percent said existing security controls are gradually losing effectiveness against AI-driven attacks.
In the same survey, 47 percent of Korean respondents named zero-day threat identification and response, and detection and response of AI or non-human identity risks, as future investment areas, while 57 percent cited lack of expertise and internal capability as difficulties in applying AI and automation to insider risk management.
Trellix stated it plans to combine roughly 40 years of accumulated threat intelligence with AI technology through Trellix Wise for Private Cloud.
