Uracle Chairman Buys 3,000 More Shares as Management Stake Hits 32.56%

Uracle Chairman Cho Jun-hee bought an additional 3,000 company shares on the market over two days, on the 1st and 2nd of this month, the company said. According to zdnet.co.kr, the purchase brings management's cumulative acquisitions this year to 57,000 shares, equivalent to about 1.31% of total issued shares.

Cho's on-market purchases this year alone total 40,000 shares, with an average price of 9,666 won and a combined value of about 387 million won. Company President Kwon Tae-il and other executives acquired a total of 17,000 shares this year in additional purchases made on the 2nd and 6th of this month.

Stake and confidence

The stake held by Chairman Cho and key executives rose to 32.56%. Uracle stated that the management share purchases signal confidence in the company's long-term growth and future value.

In March, Cho began buying with 10,000 shares, followed by purchases in May, June, July-August and October. Including 10,000 shares bought last year, Cho has acquired a total of 50,000 shares on the market over the past two years, worth about 511 million won.

Separately, the Korean Medical Association adopted Athena to build an environment for AI-based use of medical professional information, while Korea Evaluation Data applied the AI development platform and Athena Code Assistant to its work. KT SkyLife decided to additionally adopt the Code Assistant.
